We got a nice surprise about halfway through this week when a box full of tasty organic treats arrived at our door. More specifically, it was an organic produce box from Washington’s Green Grocer. There was all sorts of great stuff in it including mangoes, tangelos, rainbow chard, maitake mushrooms and many more delectable treats. It’s all delicious, so if you’re the type of person who likes having fresh fruits and veggies around the house, or if you’re an adventurous cook who’d like to learn how to cook chard (we have no idea how, though they have some recipes on their blog), we’d recommend giving them a try.

Bryan, of course, found the box’s arrival to be the perfect opportunity to duplicate the picture from his page in our About section. Too bad the apple’s the wrong color, you dummy!

On a different note, we’re currently working on a brand for a new client which means choosing a color palette. Often clients will come to us with a specific color in mind that they really like and it’ll be up to us to help them choose a complimentary palette. That means turning to the ol’ Pantone book and tossing out our various opinions. Below: midway through the process we stopped to snap a shot. You know it’s going to be a fun brand when the color choices include “neon fuchsia” and “crazy yellow.”
